Refund and Return Policy
Cots.ie offers a 28 day return policy upon receipt of delivery on all unused items. Freight damage or manufacture defect will be replaced by cots.ie. All merchandise must be in the original and undamaged packaging and customers will require a Return Authorization(RA) Number and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To obtain a return authorization # please contact us in writing at supportteam@cots.ie. An RA number will be sent back to you to and recorded to ensure the efficient processing of your order. Any delivery without an RA# will be refused and proper credit will not be issued.

Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected a credit amount for the merchandise minus the shipping and handling will be credited to the original credit/laser card used at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling expenses.
