Leg Extensions

The Leg Extension kit will raise the Co-Sleeper® from 24" (normal bed height) to 30" (pillow top bed height) in 2" increments.

Why Leg Extensions?

1. Why do I need the Leg Extension Kit?
The Original Co-Sleeper® is designed for the standard American bed height of 24" from the floor to the top of the adult mattress. If your adult bed is higher than 24" (like some of the new "pillow top mattresses") you can use this kit to adjust your Co-Sleeper® upward to the desired height.

3. How do I use the Leg Extension Kit?
With the insertion of the first part into the foot of the Co-Sleeper, you increase the overall height of the Co-Sleeper® by 2". With the addition of the second segment, you raise it another two inches to 4" in total. With the addition of the third segment you raise the Co-Sleeper® another two inches to 6" overall.

4. Do the extension legs effect the look of my Co-Sleeper®?
Only that the feet of the Co-Sleeper® appear longer. The shape of the leg extension kit parts match the shape of the Co-Sleepers feet. The colour will match your co-sleeper.

Warning: Please order only one kit. Raising Co-Sleeper® more than 30" will allow the Co-Sleeper® to become unstable. For bed heights taller than 30" it is recommended that a platform should be constructed with a 2" lip around the top to prevent Co-Sleeper® movement. Unsafe unless attached to adult bed with strap. Leg extensions can only be used while Co-Sleepers® are in the Co-Sleeper® position.
